The Vedior Asia Pacific Learning and Development initiatives include:
Graduate Program - 9 month program rotating through the organisation to provide a comprehensive knowledge of the organisation and ensure work based competency is achieved. Once the program is completed, the Graduates are placed within the area of the business that they express interest in.
Vedior Asia Pacific Fast-Track Induction - this program provides a new permanent employee with the framework, information and activities to be fully equipped to be a successful Vedior Asia Pacific employee.
Mentoring - these programs are designed to develop coaching and mentoring abilities and provide a heightened understanding of the theoretical and practical aspects of being a role model in the workplace. There are two streams - Principles of Mentoring and Masters of Mentoring.
Vedior Asia Pacific Recruitment Qualification - aligned with Certificate IV in Business (Employment Services), this qualification is designed to provide the essential competencies and skills required to work successfully within the recruitment industry and our organisation.
Leadership Camp - through a partnership with Harvard Business School, Vedior Asia Pacific is providing a comprehensive Leadership program that fully integrates with the Vedior Asia Pacific Management Training Series. Based in a unique location each year, the Leadership Camp is a comprehensive program designed to address the essential skills set and competency of our future managers/leaders.
Manager Training Series - this series covers the hard and soft skills required of a business manager.
Head Office Orientation - this program is designed to ensure that all employees are aware of the support service divisions available to them within our organisation.
Regional Orientation - this program is designed to ensure all employees are familiar with the various brands operating within their region/state. Employees are able to develop a clear understanding of the types of services each brand provides whilst having an opportunity to meet personally with each team.
Formal Performance Appraisals - an important aspect of the staff appraisal process is monitoring and managing personal and professional development goals for each employee.
Subsidised external training, tertiary education and association of membership
